Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your MusicDen account and all associated personal data, you can do it from the account page in the app, or submit a request by emailing us at the address below. MusicDen shares one account with Vocabden and TranslateDen, so deleting it removes your data from all of them. We will process your request within 30 days.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include the email address associated with your MusicDen (Vocabden) account, or the player name you used.
3. We will confirm receipt of your request and process the deletion within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account profile (name, email address)
• Learning progress, flashcard decks, and statistics
• Song game results, scores and leaderboard entries, saved words and song requests
• In-app purchase history and subscription records
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Data Retained After Deletion

Certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal obligations). This data is kept for a maximum of 90 days before being permanently erased.
